01 Scope
Define the names, entities, countries, languages and decision the review must support.
02 Collect
Map relevant results and sources without scraping private data or manufacturing engagement.
03 Classify
Separate factual errors, criticism, outdated material, impersonation, rights issues and owned-content gaps.
04 Prioritize
Score material by reach, authority, recency, evidence and available response route.
05 Act and monitor
Use proportionate, documented actions and measure material changes over time.
Quality and decision record
We retain the source list, approved scope, material assumptions, approved wording, outbound actions and a dated record of decisions appropriate to the engagement. Reporting focuses on verified progress and open issues, not unsupported claims about influence, rankings, removal or legal outcomes.
Escalation
Contested rights, threatened litigation, regulatory questions and requests for legal representation are assessed for referral to appropriately qualified professionals. The client is told when operational support reaches that boundary.
